Many different outdoor events for lesbian, gay, bi and our strait friends

We have many different community events and this is just a great resource. We just biked on a trail at Waterfall Glen in Darien, Illinois a Chicago suburb in August.
Highlights:
This forest preserve is beautifully kept, on the grounds of Argonne Lab. The terrain is pretty hilly, and thus presents a good challenge for bikers and runners alike; the trails are for the most part nicely paved and fairly wide, and shade is provided by nice large trees and foliage interspersed throughout the area.

Distance: 6.2 miles round trip. There was a few of us who went here and did a bike ride.
